OUR VALUES AND BELIEFS

The LEO Foundation believes in the innate ability of every young person to fulfill his or her potential.

The Foundation believes every young person has the natural ambition, drive and desire to succeed; what they need are the proper tools to help them discover their talents and provide them with high self esteem and a sense of purpose. The Foundation believes these tools will make a real difference in the quality of life for adolescents.

Mission
To remain educated about the needs of adolescents and to seek out and support breakthrough solutions that meet those needs.

Vision
Happy, purposeful young people, committed to giving something back to society and using their gifts to make their communities better places for living.

We believe:

It is society's duty to provide its youth with the proper tools at the start
Every young person wants to succeed and wants to know how to succeed
Every individual must continue to grow and development
If provided with the right tools, young people will make the right decision and that's good for society
We can make a real difference in the lives of adolescents
